Catholic liturgical music is serious, solemn, transcendent, but Catholic musicians are never more fun and inspiring than when they are talking about what they love most. This is what happens at sacred music events around the world: the social and intellectual are critically important elements. The musicians (and music enthusiasts) at the Chant Café, a project of the
Church Music Association of America, bring that sense of life and love to the digital world. As St. Augustine said, "Cantare amantis est."

This is awesome. Reading about the different projects is great (especially for learned such as myself), but to see the faces (and hear the voices!) of those giving us so much is a great experience.
Thank you to both Jeffrey and Jeffrey! I look forward to further interviews.
Thank you J&J,
It's bittersweet to hear this interview. This is such a wonderful resource on the way. Yet, if the pastor doesn't want it, I fear this resource will never reach the pews in his parish.
Regarding the destruction of the missalettes mentioned in the video, could you provide a link which requires the old missalettes to be destroyed?
Thank you for the great interview and all the work that went into this hymnal.
