  1. I am using this beautiful CD to help teach two of my children (8 and 10) chant, and it has been very useful. This CD is sung by children in a key that my children can easily follow, so learning by listening is easy and fast. You can also download a PDF of the notation and phonetic pronunciation of the Latin from their website.

  2. I used the download of the notation and phonetic pronunciation of the Latin and it was a great help with the parish kids learning the latin. That of course was sent home with them and hopefully the parents actually took the time to review what they learned in class (not!)

  3. I couldn't wait for the CD to arrive in the mail. However, I was very disappointed when I heard the final track advertising other recording 'artists' from this studio. I would give the CD to children of the parish, but object to the advertising on Track 12. Concept of the project is excellent, and certainly a welcomed resource, but the advertising spoils their intentions.

  4. Hello. This is David Smith of ChantforKids.com Interesting the objection to track 12. So, if you bought a movie on DVD which included previews of other movies released and other sorts of advertising, you would object?

By far our market has been Catholic homeschooling families like ourselves. Most have been very grateful to know about non-liturgical, upbeat music for their children that is written from a Catholic worldview, or at least very wholesome. I don't see anything wrong with those intentions.
