Peter A. Kwasniewski of Wyoming Catholic College sends in this very beautiful version of Anima Christi, different from anything I’ve heard or seen. He says it is from a French source of uncertain date. Here is the sheet music.

Hey Jeffrey – I thought you posted this on the NLM some time ago? Or maybe it was the forums? Hrm. At any rate, it is a really nice chant. Thanks for sharing it.
It was on the forums. I just got around to uploading it here.
We've used it.
Since it's not "Chant"–i.e., Propers–it has a style which takes a bit of getting-used-to.
A future request to all chant archaeologists: As far as possible, include all source information on any chants you turn into PDFs.
A beautiful chant, by the way, just tried it out, I love it.
There is a really beautiful chant version of the Anima Christi found in the Premonstratensian Processionale which seems to be unique, and always becomes a favorite of my choirs. It is unlike any of the other versions I have seen, including the above.
Is there a version in modern notation that is downloadable? My group doesn't read the original notation and I am always looking for modern notated chant.
